Thank you for shopping with Thesis. We aim to process and deliver every order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation. You will receive complete tracking details from the fulfilment partner once your order is out for delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
